I had a very nice Bernhardt sofa & love seat (15yrs old) in great condition that I attempted to donate to Habitat for Humanity. Once contacted, I was told to take a picture and the manager would review and decide. After two days with it sitting in my garage, I received a rejection email stating that the store manager wasn’t interested! Really?! Well, I won’t EVER consider donating to this company again. I wish I could include a photo of my furniture. It is too nice to sit out or to contact bulk pickup so I guess I will donate it to Goodwill! Maybe they will appreciate my donation! Boo to your company!!!

Great service, we found a lot of good stuff and prices are incredible! We found a 100% leather sofa for $350. We found a solid wood (almost 12ft tall) desk for $250. Worth the drive!

I went for the first time to donate items. Employee seemed to be too busy eating to really care to help me determine if anything I had was acceptable. So I want back to my car and brought a tote in. Nothing was acceptable and he was just rude about it. I knew my shelves we're acceptable but I'd rather take them elsewhere!

Although small it offers those in need a brief respite from their worries by providing food, access to clothing or shelter as needed. They also will contribute to prescriptions wherever possible. They are a blessing and a godsend.

    Can We Do Better Together?

Have you ever felt overwhelmed when thinking about all the major problems in the world? If so, maybe this will resonate with you. We decided to focus on doing 1 specific good thing monthly and inviting close friends/family to participate.  Why? Because it’s much less overwhelming to focus on something we can actually control.  So would you be willing to help us turn a random good thing into a normal good thing? If so…please consider participating in the Invest Love Project!
